RapidFire Tools, Inc. Launches New HIPAA IT Compliance Tool

ATLANTA, GA – Rapidfire Tools, Inc., the world-leader in non-invasive IT assessment tools, announced today the release of a new compliance tool that, for the first time provides IT professionals with the tools they need to prepare all of the technical documents associated with the Security Rule requirements of the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

While the HIPAA Healthcare Privacy Rule protects all identifiable health information of any type in any medium, all covered entities are required by the Security Rule to be able to prove that they have taken steps to protect the electronic health information that they either possess or have access to. This requirement not only applies to every health/medical organization, but also to their business associates including any business that maintains or accesses their patient information such as billing agents, insurance agents, lawyers and other professionals.

The new Network Detective HIPAA Compliance tool demystifies the requirements for IT professionals by automatically generating all of the primary documents that the covered entities and their business associates are required, by law, to create and maintain to comply with the security aspects of the provision, including:

  • The HIPAA Policy and Procedures Document
  • The Evidence of HIPAA Policy Compliance Document
  • The HIPAA Risk Analysis and Management Plan
  • The IT Security Exception Worksheet

These primary reports are all automatically generated by the Network Detective HIPAA Compliance module, using the data that is automatically generated by its proprietary network and computer scanning tools, and by supplementary information included on the supplied-questionnaires. The reports are editable so they can either be delivered as-is or with additional information added.

The tool also generates the first standardized HIPAA Compliance Risk Score and provides a prioritization of all identified issues. The main reports are supplemented by a wide range of supporting documents that are automatically generated by the tool, all designed to maximize protection of the entity in the event of a governmental Audit.

“The Federal government is cracking down and levying huge fines on organizations that have demonstrated willful neglect when it comes to HIPAA’s requirements,” noted Mike Semel, president of Semel Consulting and one of the nation’s leading authorities on HIPAA. “Data breaches also result in high costs for notifications, identity theft protection, and lawsuits. Even if there’s not been a breach, every organization is required to perform proper due diligence in protecting their electronic patient information, and in having the written documentation to prove it.”

While there are numerous network scanning tools available to IT professionals, as well as some boilerplate self-assessment surveys available on the market, the Network Detective HIPAA Compliance tool is the first product that has been purpose built specifically for IT professionals to make the HIPAA risk analysis and documentation easier, more thorough, and more accurate.

“This is the Holy Grail of tools for any IT professional who works on computers and networks with electronic medical records, whether they work within the walls of the covered entities, or serve them as outsourced IT service providers,” said Michael Mittel, President of RapidFire Tools, Inc. “The risk of NOT performing the necessary audits is huge for any covered entity and its Business Associates,” he added. “But the opportunity associated with the creation of the compliance documentation is also significant especially for MSPs and service providers with clients and prospects in the healthcare vertical.”

The Network Detective HIPAA Compliance Module is now available for license at the www.rapidfiretool.com website at an annual subscription price of $2,999 per year. The tool is accessed through the same interface as the other four Network Detective IT assessment modules, including one each for general Network Assessments, IT Security Assessments, MS Exchange Assessments and SQL Server Assessments. Each of these modules is available individually or through bundled annual subscriptions.

RapidFire Tools, Inc. Introduces New Way to Automate IT Assessments

ATLANTA, GA – Rapidfire Tools, Inc., the world-leader in non-invasive IT assessment tools, announced today the release of a new add-on that for the first time allows service providers to automate the regular or periodic collection of network scans from multiple client sites and have the resulting data files available for download directly into the Network Detective application.

The new Network Detective Client-Connector(tm) add-on promises to dramatically reduce the time and hassle of going on site to each client to run the network scans and manually import them into the tool. Additionally, unlike relying exclusively on RMM tools to schedule and collect the scan files, Client-Connector completes the process by providing direct access and downloads directly into the Network Detective application to generate the reports.

“Our IT Service Provider customers have been asking for an add-on like this,” said RapidFire Tools, Inc. president Michael Mittel, “and I’m pleased to be able to offer them a solution that will deliver considerable value to them.”

The new add-on allows service providers to write their own scripts to customize for each client and network which type of IT assessment scans to run, what devices to include in the scan, and with what frequency. They can create the scripts using their RMM tool, a stand-alone scripting engine, or Microsoft’s Task Scheduler.

RapidFire Tools includes general instructions and scripting guidelines along with the add-on. After each data scan is completed and saved locally, it is automatically uploaded to a secure cloud storage facility where it can be directly accessed from inside of the Network Detective application.

Client-Connector is available as an add-on to any Network Detective subscription, and can be used on an unlimited number of client sites and can be used to collect network data from servers, and/or additional data directly from an PC connected to the internet.

The Client-Connector is available now, and can be self-provisioned by any existing subscriber by logging into the Network Detective application and ordering through the “Upgrade Now” button. Customers have the option of making an upfront annual payment or subscribing through a monthly billing plan.

RapidFire Tools, Inc. Announces New SQL Server Assessment Module for Network Detective

ATLANTA, GA – RapidFire Tools, Inc., the world-leader in non-invasive IT assessment tools, announced today the release of a new module for Network Detective designed expressly to perform “deep dive” assessments and analyses of Microsoft SQL Server environments. The new module allows the IT service provider to generate a set of SQL Server-specific reports that can be used as part of a comprehensive network assessment, or used to deliver an ongoing managed service.

“SQL Servers are typically running mission-critical business applications, and are also at the heart of Microsoft’s SharePoint found in a vast majority of small businesses,” said Michael Mittel, President of Rapidfire Tools. “Until now you had to be a Database Administrator (DB) in order to deliver even basic reports on the health of mission-critical SQL Server services.” All that changes with the Network Detective SQL Server Assessment Module.

“With the SQL Server Assessment Module, all you need to do is run the Network Detective non-invasive data collector on your client’s or prospect’s SQL.” Mittel continued. “Then, let Network Detective’s proprietary data analyzer crunch the network data and produce a baseline set of health and status reports. Brand them as your own, and present them either as a stand-alone, one-time IT SQL Server Assessment, or as part of a regularly-scheduled managed security service.”

The SQL Server Assessment Module includes the following new reports:

  • Routine Health Report – Shows the health of the SQL Server at a high level. Looks at best practices and compares them to the current state of the database.
  • SQL Server Detail Report – Documents key settings of the SQL server, including cluster information, DB recovery model, location of critical files, I/O, physical memory, wait types, logins and more.
  • Database Detail Report – Deeper dive into each individual database in the SQL server, including properties, missing indices, fragmentation levels and other stats.
  • Maintenance Plan Report – A very telling report that reveals which defined maintenance plans have been run, the last run times and results. The report includes the sub-steps taken in the plans.
  • SQL Server Agent Jobs Report – This report includes a comprehensive list of all SQL Server agent jobs and their schedules. The Job History highlights which jobs were not successful, and why they are producing errors.

The Need For SQL Server Assessments
There is a huge pent-up demand for SQL Server management services that few service providers are taking advantage of, primarily because: (a) their clients don’t know what they don’t know, and (b) the service providers don’t feel they have the skills on staff to deliver the service.

The Network Detective SQL Server Assessment Module gives IT service providers the tools to both SHOW their clients why they need a SQL Server maintenance service, and also to DELIVER the service they sell.

By performing regular SQL Server health checks with Network Detective, service providers can help their clients protect their assets, guard against down time, and help them sleep better at night. The SQL Server Assessment Module helps service providers to demonstrate their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of their systems, as well as uncovering potential new database projects.

Since the SQL Server Assessment Module is sold exclusively through an annual subscription, it can be used for an unlimited number of SQL Server Assessments for a full year. It can also be combined with the Network Assessment, Security Assessment, and Exchange Assessment Modules to deliver a more comprehensive IT assessment for prospects and customers.

RapidFire Tools Delivers Free Windows XP Migration Assessment Tool For IT Professionals

ATLANTA, GA – September 20, 2013 – RapidFire Tools announced today the release of a free tool for IT Professionals designed to help them to quickly identify all computers at any location that are running the Microsoft Windows XP operating system.

The creation of this tool was prompted by Microsoft Corporation’s announcement that it plans to drop support of Windows XP effective on April 8, 2014, and an estimated 560 million PCs are affected.

“The end of XP represents a gigantic opportunity for all IT service providers, large and small,” said Michael Mittel, President of Rapidfire Tools, Inc. “We built this tool with the primary goal of helping the IT service community leverage this opportunity.”

The XP Migration Assessment Tool is a cloud-based application available at no cost at www.xp-migration.com. At this site, IT professionals can download the non-invasive XP Migration network scanner, and also upload the encrypted scan results to obtain their reports.

The new assessment tool is powered by the RapidFire Tools proven Network Detective non-invasive IT assessment engine. This highly specialized version of the tool produces a report that identifies which machines have Windows XP running and whether they are ready for migration to a newer OS, such as Windows 8.1, or will require hardware upgrades or replacement.

For each system scanned, the XP Migration Assessment report details all relevant system specs, and highlight those that fall short of the OS Migration requirements. “We built the XP Migration Assessment Tool to be simple enough for any IT service provider to use,” said Mittel, “whether they want to check one stand-alone machine or an entire network all at once. We also include a complimentary Client Risk Summary report with the free tool.” To start, the service provider simply downloads the proprietary, non-invasive data scanner onto a thumb drive, or directly onto the computer or network to be scanned. Next, the file is unzipped and a wizard guides the service provider to enter basic information about the system to be scanned. Individual PCs can be scanned in literally a matter of seconds. Alternatively, the tool can be run on the network Domain Controller to scan all PCs connected to the network, usually in less than 30 minutes for a typical network.

Once the scan has been completed, an encrypted file is generated containing the discovered information. The service provider then uploads the encrypted file to the RapidFire Tools data analyzer in the Cloud. Within minutes, the service provider gets an email with a link to retrieve the fully-formatted, neatly organized report.

“We believe that service providers will find this new tool to be an important resource that will serve as the first step in their XP Migration strategies for all their clients,” commented Mittel. “But it could also be used on prospects to help identify new potential XP Migration opportunities.”

In addition to offering the free hosted version of the tool, RapidFire Tools is also including the XP Migration report in the full version of Network Detective available through an unlimited use annual subscription. For more information, visit www.rapidfiretools.com.

RapidFire Tools, Inc. Announces Network Detective InForm™

ATLANTA, GA – RapidFire Tools announced today the release of InForm, a new utility built inside of Network Detective that allows IT professionals to supplement and enhance the IT Assessments to include auxiliary information about their client network environments.

“We built Network Detective to automate the collection of network information, and we are continually adding to the mountain of data that we can acquire with our tool,” said Michael Mittel, president of RapidFire Tools. “But there is some important information about the network environment and the business itself that no tool can automatically discover, but that IT Pros want to include in their IT assessment reports. Our new Network Detective InForm utility fills that void.”

The Network Detective InForm utility lets IT professional to customize the IT Assessment reports that they deliver by creating check lists of Categories and Topics of supplemental information they want to gather beyond what can be automatically detected. Examples of this information include: hosting providers, alarm and other security system information, land-line phone and fax systems, server room set up, wiring, cabling and the like.

These lists can be generated completely from scratch, or by using or editing pre-existing InForm Site Templates that include the most common elements of interest to IT service professionals. These lists then can be printed out and filled in by hand, or entered directly into the tool if installed on the service provider’s notebook.

Once the supplemental information is collected and entered into Network Detective, InForm then automatically organizes the data and both integrates the supplemental information it into the standard reports, as well as creates new customized reports.

Includes Integrated IT SWOT Analysis Reports

One of the most powerful features of Network Detective InForm is the integrated IT SWOT Analysis Report builder. As the IT professionals enter each piece of supplemental information into the tool, they can tag the item as an “IT Strength,” an “IT Weakness,” an “IT Opportunity” or an “IT Threat” based on what is discovered. InForm also allows the IT pro to flag selected items as “Key Points” that will appear in a customized graphical IT SWOT Summary Grid for the client. In addition, InForm will also automatically generate two full IT SWOT report including all tagged items – one version organized by SWOT Quadrant, and one organized by Category.

New Feature Includes Power To Add “Image Evidence” Into IT Assessments

A picture is worth 1,000 words, and there are some elements of a network environment that the IT Service professional will want to document with a photo. This might include photos of the physical condition of the server room, improper or unusual wiring, individual network component, and the like. The Network Detective InForm allows any image to be uploaded and associated with any check list item and as well as any item included in the customized SWOT Report.

Customized IT Check Lists

In addition to using the check lists as part of formal IT Assessments, the InForm check-list builder is so flexible it can be used to create literally any type of check list for any internal business procedure that the IT service provider might want to document. For example, you could create a customized check list for onboarding a new customer or for performing an Exchange Migration, or even for internal system maintenance procedures. These Customize check lists can be saved to generate simple printed checklists to use manually, or can be entered into the system and saved for documentation purposes that the list has been complete.

Bridge Technology Group Wins New Client Using Network Detective

Tucson, AZ – Bridge Technology Group, an IT management and internet marketing firm based in Tuscon, says Network Detective was the key to winning an important new client in a very competitive situation.

Kurt Bullock, president of Bridge Technology Group in Tucson, explained that he was in a competitive pitch with two other local IT firms that were vying for a mid-sized doctor’s office in town. The physician partners and office administrator had interviewed all three firms. Kurt was last to go in, and walked out with a contract.

“It was like shooting ducks in a barrel,” he explained, because he knew something that neither of his competitors knew, nor did anyone in the doctor’s office:

“I told them that everyone who ever worked in that office still had active accounts set up on their network, their office manager had full access to confidential information that she should not be able to see, and their firewall was still set to the default log-in credentials.”

Bullock explained that he had a subscription to the Network Detective network assessment tool. During his initial meeting with the prospect, while they were talking, he had permission to run his non-invasive network scan (no software, probes, or agents to install).

Then, before leaving the prospect, less than an hour later, he had collected a mountain of information about the network assets, configurations, and settings all compressed down and encrypted in a small file that he took back with him to his office.

And within minutes of uploading the scan file into the Network Detective data analyzer on his PC, he was able to generate some compelling reports including one that he could brand and show to his prospect.

“We blew the other guys out of the water,” Kurt noted. “It was like we were in a totally different league. The doctors were so impressed that we found all this stuff and so much more, and that we did our homework before coming back to them asking for money.”

“We designed the new Exchange Assessment Module to function as a stand-alone, specialty IT assessment tool, or in conjunction with our two other modules the general Network Assessment Module and the Security Assessment Module,” said Michael Mittel, president of RapidFire Tools, Inc. “Whether you’re looking to more accurately quote your email support costs, plan for an email migration, or simply improve your documentation for your clients so they know what they have set up there are a multitude of uses for the Exchange Assessment Module.”

Includes Seven Powerful, Brandable MS Exchange-Related  Reports

The new Exchange Assessment Module includes seven reports, each one designed to give the IT service provider information that can be used either to sell a new service, or deliver one. Â Included in the standard reports is the:

  • Exchange Risk Report – designed specifically to be a customer-facing document, this report provides a polished overview of any issues identified in the more detailed reports. Corresponding charts and graphs clearly communicate issues and serve as a graphical aide to help suggest remedial steps.
  • Traffic and Use Report — shows you the status of all mailboxes – their size limits, percentage used, and percentage free. This report is extremely useful when planning a migration or for growth planning, to ensure that systems will continue to run without interruption.
  • Mobile Device Report — provides a detailed listing of every mobile device used by employees to access their organization’s mailbox. The report indicates the names and specific types of mobile devices that are accessing the Exchange server, as well as the operating systems and even the number of folders that are being updated.
  • Mailbox Detail Report — gives you a mailbox-by-mailbox catalog of information, including everything from mailbox display name to quotas to a listing of folders/sizes for each mailbox (and more).
  • Distribution Lists — identifies and lists all distribution groups as well as which end-users or other groups are to receive any emails.
  • Mailbox Permissions Report — will identify on a mailbox-by-mailbox basis which groups or which individuals have access to the mailbox and at what level.
  • Mailbox Permissions by User Report — inverts the information to show you on a user-by-user basis which users have access to which mailboxes. This report is a great way to document individual access rights.

To create an Exchange Assessment using the new module, service providers run the Network Detective non-invasive data collector on their client’s or prospect’s Exchange server. The resulting encrypted file is then run through the Network Detective’s proprietary data analyzer. Within minutes, the service provider can then select the reports to output, customize and brand, and present them either as a stand-alone, one-time assessment, or as part of a regularly scheduled managed email service.

Top IT Consulting Firm Uses Network Detective to Make Money

Brooklyn, NY – Herbert Olitsky Consulting Services (HOCS), an IT consulting firm with 15 techs on staff and 75 clients under managed services, says it uses Network Detective to ensure that the company can make money on every new contract it signs.

The 20-year-old organization offers managed services, remote backup, disaster recovery and on-site maintenance and services. Its reputation is so good that the company’s primary source of new business is the stream of referrals that regularly come knocking at their door.

However, not every referral is a client worth having. Those that don’t understand or appreciate the value of the services being delivered are also likely to be the ones that are not profitable. So, to hedge their bets, HOCS uses Network Detective to run a quick and non-invasive network assessment on EVERY potential new client PRIOR to submitting any proposals or contracts for work – no matter how big or small the project or engagement.

“We need to know what we’re getting into before we can provide a quote that we know will be profitable for us,” said Kayza Kleinman, director of operations for HOCS. “The network assessment is our insurance policy that our contracts are realistic before committing to do the work.”

She added, “It also shows our potential new customers what we can do, enhances the value of our expertise, and provides opportunities to identify new projects to increase the scope of work.”

Kayza says that HOCS has a subscription to Network Detective, which they use for all of their network assessments. She added that they selected that tool because, “It’s much quicker to collect the information, the prospects are more comfortable because no software or agents are installed on their networks to get the data, and everything is pulled together into a single output that we can edit and brand as our own.”

RapidFire Tools Announces New Enhanced Security Assessment Reports

Atlanta, GA – RapidFire Tools, Inc., announced today the release of a new module for Network Detective designed expressly to perform “deep dive” IT security assessments and analysis. The new module works the same way as the more general Network Assessment Module, but allows the IT service provider to generate a set of security-specific reports that can be used as the foundation for delivering a managed security service.

“Until now you had to be an IT security expert in order to deliver even basic IT security services,” said Michael Mittel, President of RapidFire Tools, Inc. “All that changes with the Network Detective Security Assessment Module.”

“With the Security Assessment Module, all you need to do is run the Network Detective non-invasive data collector on your client’s or prospect’s domain server.” Mittel continued. “Then, let Network Detective’s proprietary data analyzer crunch the network data and produce a baseline set of network security reports. Brand them as your own, and present them either as a stand-alone, one-time IT security assessment, or as part of a regularly-scheduled managed security service.”

The new Security Assessment Module includes the following new reports:

  • Security Risk Report. This executive-level report includes a proprietary Security Risk Score along with summary charts, graphs and an explanation of the risks found in the security scans.
  • Security Policy Assessment Report. A detailed review of the security policies that are in place on both a domain wide and local machine basis.
  • Shared Permission Report. Comprehensive lists of all network “shares” by computer, detailing which users and groups have access to which devices and files, and what level of access they have.
  • User Permissions Report. Organizes permissions by user, showing all shared computers and files to which they have access.
  • Internal Vulnerabilities Report. Highlights deviation from industry standards compared to outbound port and protocol accessibility, lists available wireless networks as part of a wireless security survey, and provides information on Internet content accessibility.
  • External Vulnerabilities Full Detail Report. Â A comprehensive output including security holes, warnings, and informational items that can help you make better network security decisions, plus a full NMap Scan which checks all 65,535 ports and reports which are open. This is an essential item for many standard security compliance reports.

The Need For IT Security Assessments
There is a huge pent-up demand for IT security services that few service providers are taking advantage of primarily because, (a) their clients don’t know what they don’t know, and (b) the service providers don’t feel they have the skills on staff to deliver the service.

The Network Detective Security Assessment Module gives IT service providers the tools to both SHOW their clients why they need the service, and also to DELIVER the security service they sell.

By performing regular security health checks with Network Detective, service providers can help their clients protect their assets, guard against down time, and help them sleep better at night. The Security Assessment Module helps service providers demonstrate their  professionalism and in-depth knowledge of their systems, as well as uncovering potential new security projects.

The Security Assessment Module is sold exclusively through an annual subscription and can be used for an unlimited number of security assessments for a full year. It can also be combined with the Network Assessment Module to deliver a more comprehensive IT assessment for prospects and customers.

RapidFireTools, Inc. Releases New Security Assessment Module

Atlanta, GA – RapidFire Tools, Inc., the leading provider of network asset, diagnostic, configuration and performance reporting software, announced today the release of a new IT Security Module available as an add-on subscription module to the popular Network Detective product.

The new Network Detective Security Assessment Module includes 9 new reports designed specifically to give both IT service providers and internal IT security professionals, a quick yet comprehensive assessment of any organization’s network’s security. Â

Using the Network Detective’s proprietary non-invasive Network Data Collector, subscribers of the new Security Assessment Module can produce the following new reports on any network:

Network Security Risk Review. This report includes a proprietary Security Risk Score and chart showing the relative health (on a scale of 1 to 10) of the network security, along with a summary of the number of computers with issues. This powerful lead generation and sales development tool also reports on outbound protocols, System Control protocols, User Access Controls, as well as an external vulnerabilities summary list.
External Vulnerabilities Full Detail Report. A comprehensive output including security holes and warnings, informational items that can help make better network security decisions, plus a full NMap Scan which checks all 65,535 ports and reports which are open. Login Failures by Computer Report. Same data as User Behavior but inverted to show you by computer. Quite useful, in particular, for looking at a commonly accessed machines (file server, domain controller, etc.) – or a particularly sensitive machine for failed login attempts. An example would be CEO’s laptop – or the accounting computer where you want to be extra diligent in checking for users trying to get in.
Login History by Computer Report. Report identifies users who have succeeded in logging in to another machine. Great for auditing/logging purposes to know of all attempts.

“The new Security Assessment Module represents a break-through in IT security assessment technology,” said Michael Mittel, RapidFire Tools, Inc. CEO. “Until now it would take a security professional several days to collect all of the information and compile it into the kind of meaningful reports generated by SAM in less than an hour.”

The Security Assessment Module relies on the same Network Data Collector, Network Data Analyzer, and Customized Report Generator as the Network Detective Network Assessment Module. Both modules include a variety of reports that are available for purchase on an annual subscription basis that allows for an unlimited number of reports to be produced on an unlimited number of networks owned or managed by the user.

RapidFireTools, Inc. Announces the Release Email2Ticket

ATLANTA, GA – RapidFire Tools today announced the release of Email2Ticket to process incoming emails and turn them directly into Autotask tickets and also automatically convert monitoring alerts from any RMM software into Autotask tickets.

Email2Ticket is a SaaS solution hosted by RapidFire Tools so the there is no burden on the users to manage the backend. Simply configure the software to check one or more email accounts (such as support@myco.com ). Email2Ticket will login to each mailbox and provide the following functionality:

  • Read new emails based on a schedule that you define (such as every 5 minutes)
  • Compare the email against the rules and triggers that you have setup for that mailbox
  • Perform the corresponding action for each trigger
  • Append to an existing Autotask ticket (ATES)
  • Auto-Reply to the email
  • Forward the email

Email2Ticket is a fully hosted, cloud based solution with one low annual subscription fee. There’s no need to purchase a stand-up server and software or pay people or suppliers to monitor, manage and maintain the system. By taking the email transactions outside of a service provider’s network, in the event of a local service outage the service provider can still conduct business as usual.

While other products convert tickets and alerts into Autotask service tickets, only Email2Ticket was designed and built by Autotask users who tried to use the other options, and found issues.

“Some products may be overkill for your needs,” said Michael Mittel, President of RapidFire Tools.. “They have complex configuration, testing and troubleshooting requirements that introduce unnecessary complication. Email2Ticket has been purpose built to give an MSP or IT support company both power and ease of use.”

Other solutions that use a hosted SaaS model, require the creation of a mailbox on their system that must be used to set-up forwarding of standard support email to the alternate hosted email address. Only very simple rules are available and the very basic configuration is dictated by Wizards only. With Email2Ticket, service providers use existing email accounts so they have full audit of the emails.

Mittel said, “Email2Ticket provides the best of both worlds. We give you a hosted subscription-based model with far less complexity than other stand-alone products, while providing far greater flexibility with email accounts and configuration compared to other SaaS solutions.”

RapidFireTools, Inc. Announces the Release of Network Detective

ATLANTA, GA – RapidFire Tools today announced the release of Network Detective.

Performing network assessments is the market-proven best way to “sell” your services by uncovering security risks and exposing current provider’s missed issues! Now, there’s a super quick, easy, and inexpensive way to perform an assessment and produce a compelling report that will open the door for a boat load of new business.

Typically, a thorough assessment involves a combination of people performing tedious and time consuming customer interviews, data collection, data analysis, report generation and recommendations. Even a small customer can consume a day’s worth of work preparing a comprehensive and professional looking report making it hard to justify the effort and expense. But no more. . .

Network Detective software automates this process and produces branded Client Risk Reports that will help IT service providers close new business. Just upload the results from the Network Detective scan into the Network Detective analysis tool included with the software. Service providers can customize the file with their own company branding elements, and then produce a series of powerful reports that can be used to present to prospects and client to expose IT problems.

Not only is our report more accurate than any manual process, but in minutes and for less than $50, the service provider can close new customers and pick up new business from existing ones! IT support companies and service providers can also provide a regular “health check” network assessment routinely for all their customers.

Michael Mittel, president of RapidFire tools says, “A network assessment should be required for all new customers before offering any IT services. This ensures the customer is aware of any problems before the service provider starts and sets their expectations correctly. It also providers a full understanding of the network environment, with no nasty surprises that can come back to bite the MSP or IT support company in a costly way.

LET US SHOW YOU HOW IT WORKS!
