The Network Detective Exchange Assessment Module gives you all of the tools needed to perform quick, easy, and comprehensive assessments for most MS Exchange environments, including Office 365, Exchange 2013, Exchange 2010, Exchange 2007, and Exchange 2003.
With the Exchange Assessment Module, all you need to do is run the Network Detective non-invasive data collector on your client’s or prospect’s Exchange server. Then, let the Network Detective’s proprietary data analyzer crunch the network data and produce a set of Exchange reports for you. Brand them as your own and present them either as a stand-alone, one-time assessment, or as part of a regularly-scheduled managed email service.
One Tool, Many Surprising Uses!
If you’ve ever done an Exchange Migration, or plan to, that alone is reason enough to have this tool. Even if you only have to use it a few times, the pay-back is immediate. This is, hands-down, the fastest way to get the most comprehensive snapshot of an Exchange Environment. It gives you clear documentation on the parameters, settings and configurations you’ll need to replicate. You’ll also want to run it on the new environment to compare the two to ensure you accurately replicated the myriad settings.
But you’ll want to do more. You’ll also want to create a service to regularly scan your clients’ Exchange environment and provide them with a branded health check, where they can confirm that nobody has been improperly added or removed. You’ll want to regularly check which users are approaching or have exceeded their space quotas to prevent storage issues before they happen. And that’s just the start.
Saves You Time. And Makes You Money Too.
The Exchange Assessment is a no-brainer for any IT service professional who is even occasionally asked to perform an Exchange Migration project. But like all of the other Network Detective modules, the Exchange Assessment Module can be leveraged in many profitable ways:

We're migrating a lot of customers from local Exchange to Office 365. The Exchange Assessment Module gives us specific information about the current Exchange environment that we didn't have before.
Bob Coppedge, CEO, Simplex-IT
We utilized the Exchange Assessment Module to clear out our Exchange server of old groups, emails, etc. This component, along with others in the package, provides a soup-to-nuts overview of the system, along with fantastic reporting to cover all the areas. We can use the lessons learned on our servers to help others, and we use those lessons as assessments for customers, both free or part of a service solution.

The Exchange Assessment Module has helped us provide better client service especially on clients that have moved to Office 365, because it allowed us to easily see what items could be cleaned up from migrations of on premises Exchange to Office 365. This quickly allows us to clean up possible problems. It has also easily allowed us to verify with our clients that things are as they would like. I.E. that users are in the correct distribution groups and they have the correct permissions. It has also allowed us to help manage clients mobile devices by see what devices are connected to exchange and we can then know what devices need to be pruned from the system.
