Identify Your Reporter Inside Network Detective
Associate one of your client sites inside of Network Detective with Reporter and you’re ready to schedule scans and reports for that client.
Install Remote Data Collectors
Install a Remote Data Collector (RDC) on a single computer or server at a client site in under 5 minutes.
Pick the Reports You Want to Automatically Generate
Use Network Detective to schedule the time and frequency of the scans, along with which reports you want to automatically generate. Create a new set of reports with each scan, or generate reports that you want to regularly review. All of the automatically-generated reports will be saved directly to the Reporter appliance. You can also specify whether you want the reports to be emailed as an attachment or link, or uploaded into your existing Network Detective cloud storage.
Add a Client Site to the RapidFire Tools Portal
On the final step of the Reporter wizard select the option to Upload Scan Data into InDoc. A simple check of the box is all you need to create an InDoc site for that client. Log into the RapidFire Tools Portal to get “on-demand” access all of your enabled sites, where you can view risks, asset data, and more.
